Canadian Champs 2008
Not too many GHOers had found their way to New Brunswick and the Bay of Fundy for this year's championships, but the two who did, did it well. They both ran in the very competitive M45-54 category.
Sprint 4. Glenn Birnie, 5. Ian Sidders
Middle 4. Glenn Birnie, 13. Ian Sidders
Long 5. Glenn Birnie, 10. Ian Sidders

Thanks, but my results were not nearly that good though I did have 1 good race. I was 2nd in the Hopewell Rock sprint. At the COC sprint I was 7th. At the other 2 events I was last finisher. 20th in the middle and I believe about 16th in the Long. Check out my Route Gadget traces for some fun. I may have set a record for finishing the course under the time limit but with a leg over 2 hours. I think that was Glenn's Canadian standings though overall he was 6th in each COC race.

I was only including Canadians. Just to make it look better..;-) And because it was the Canadian Championships.//Hans
