DIRECTIONS:
McMaster University (Presentations in evenings)
Note, the campus is emargoed for the NAOC Sprint later this year. Only use the map linked here. Follow Main Street West past the main entrance to the University. Turn right on Cootes Drive and take the next entrance to the University. Turn right onto the ring road and park in Zone 3 (it should be free at that time). The presentations are in the General Science Building Room 330 (Building 22 on the map linked above).
Thursday AM Training (No facilities, park in back parking lot)
Location: Ancaster Community Centre (Ancaster)
Exit Hwy 403 at Wilson Street in Ancaster. Turn right on Wilson. At the traffic circle turn left on to Meadow Brook. Follow north to Jerseyville Road. At Jerseyville turn left and then a quick right onto Martin's Road. Park in the back parking lot adjacent to the baseball fields.
Thursday PM Training (No facilities, park in back parking lot) Location: Main West Centre (Hamilton) Exit from Highway 403 at the Main Street West exit, follow Main Street westerly, you will pass the university on your right, then about one km later turn left (south) at Ewan Road. Drive a short block, turn right, and after a short distance turn right into the parking lot under the hydro lines.
Thursday Night Training (No facilities, park on side streets)
Location: Runner's Den Store (Westdale)
Friday AM Training ($4/person gate fee will be charged)
Location: Rattlesnake Point (Milton)
From Highway 401, take Highway 25 south to Steeles Avenue, west on Steeles to Appleby Line, south on Appleby for 3 km.
From Q.E.W., take Appleby Line north; 1 km north of Derry Road on top of escarpment. Note: The above route has a switchback that may not be good for driving in icy conditions. Alternate route: From Q.E.W. take Appleby Line north to Derry Road. Turn righ on Derry Road and follow to Bell School Line. Turn left on Bell School Line and follow to 14th Sideroad. Turn left of 14th Sideroad and follow to Appleby. Turn left on Appleby and look for entrance to Rattlesnake Point on your right.
Friday PM Training ($12/car gate fee may be charged).
Location: Bronte Creek (directions coming soon)
Exit QEW at Bronte Road (Hwy 25) in Oakville. Head north on Bronte Road (Hwy 25) to Upper Middle Road. Turn left and enter the park.
Saturday Training and Presentations

Sunday Training and Presentations
Location: Hilton Falls West (Milton) Follow Guelph Line north from Burlington over Hwy 401. Continue past the Mohawk Raceway and turn right on 10th Sideroad. Continue 2km to a large bend in the road (park on the side of the road, no facilities).
