Sat. Morning Training - Dundas Valley
Every Saturday morning is GHO Canada GHO training in the Dundas Valley. We meet at the Rail Trail at 8AM for a 2-2.5 hour run. This morning, we had an awesome group with Hans, Mike, Simon, Paul, Jason, Mark and Patrick. There was still a bit of snow on the ground and the weather was just about perfect for a long run.
See you at Chedoke Golf Course on Tuesday for some TNT!

Awesome pictures. Do you have any sensation in your feet after you dip in the creek?
MrPither! Looks like you are about to get very wet. Nice photos and a great run.
The toes warmed up pretty fast. Fingers were a bit chilly, but then I hadn't really planned on getting them wet too...

glad I made you happy meridian :) I wasn't expecting the bottom to be so slanty
The video is priceless too. as in, you'd have to pay me good money to put it on the site ;)
I'll pay $5!
Nothing like video evidence of our best moments. Who would have thought that a. you'd fall in a stream, b. it'd happen in winter, c. that there would be five of your friends there to see it and d. that one of the buggers would both have and be operating a camera at that same moment.
