Boldly GHO! To the Flying Pig!

The Flying Pig! is the orienteering race that usually kicks off the spring season in southern Ohio. This year it also will include the US Sprint and Relay Champs. 10 years ago HKF (now GHO) won the US Relay Champs and so the goal is to put together several teams to compete for the title once again. Teams are 4 person teams with a minimum of four points (points are awarded as per THOMASS). The races will take place on March 31st (middle distance), April 1st (Sprint and Relay) and April 2nd (Long distance). That is 4 races in 3 days. GHO members will be staying at the AmeriHost Inn in Batavia, Ohio. Book your hotel now. If you are interested in taking part in this event and being on a relay team contact Hans. GHO will pay for the entry for the relay teams.
