Olympic Orienteer

At the GHO sprint training, LaSalle Park in Burlington, we had a bit of a surprise
when Olympic Gold and Silver medalist Adam van Koeverden
(kayaking) showed up to run. Adam is a McMaster Kin student
and won two medals in Athens.
In the picure above, you see Adam discussin his route choices with Scott Ford, one of Canada's top adventure racers, and a regular visitor to GHO's Wednesday Nites.
